261 three year old and four year old children are enrolled in 16 classrooms at the North Park Center. From mid September through May, children attend classes four days per week, either in the morning or in the afternoon.

Teachers make two home visits per year and hold two parent conferences to focus on the parents’ role as their child’s most important teacher. There are multiple opportunities for parents to participate in activities at the center with their children, including family literacy events. Children who attend the morning session receive breakfast and lunch. The afternoon session children have lunch and a snack. Transportation is provided for the children whose families cannot get them to or from the center.

Billings School District special education staff and speech therapists provide extra help to children with disabilities.

The children who attend the North Park Center come from all over Billings.
