33 three and four year old children are enrolled in 2 classrooms located at the Lockwood School. Teachers make two home visits during the year focusing on the parents as their child’s most important teacher. Children who live in the Lockwood area are eligible for enrollment. Special education services are provided by the Yellowstone-East Special Services Co-Op to children with diagnosed disabilities. Children attend classes from mid September through May. Children receive breakfast and lunch. Transportation is provided by Head Start for children whose families cannot transport them to or from the center.
